For use on mobile devices

PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE 4sf SOFTWARE. BY USING THE 4sf SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THE 4sf SOFTWARE AND, IF PRESENTED WITH THE OPTION TO "AGREE" OR "DISAGREE" TO THE TERMS, CLICK "DISAGREE".

IMPORTANT NOTE: To the extent that this software may be used to reproduce, modify, publish or distribute materials, it is licensed to you only for reporting and data gathering and distribution of non-copyrighted materials, materials in which we own the copyright. If you are uncertain about your right to copy, modify, publish or distribute any material, you should ask owner or lessee of 4sf or contact your legal advisor.

1. General. A. The 4sf software (mobile and web), documentation, interfaces, content, fonts and any data accompanying this License (collectively the "4sf Software") are licensed, not sold, to you by 4sf owner. ("4sfO") for use only under the terms of this License. 4sfO and/or 4sfO's licensors retain ownership of the 4sf Software itself and reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

B. 4sfO, at its discretion, may make available future upgrades or updates to the 4sf Software. Upgrades and updates, if any, may not necessarily include all existing software features or new features that 4sfO releases for newer or other models of mobile devices or computers. The terms of this License will govern any software upgrades or updates provided by 4sfO that replace and/or supplement the original 4sf Software product, unless such upgrade or update is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern.

C. Title and intellectual property rights in and to any content displayed by or accessed through the 4sf Software belongs to the respective content owner. Such content may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties, and may be subject to terms of use of the third party providing such content. Except as otherwise provided herein, this License does not grant you any rights to use such content nor does it guarantee that such content will continue to be available to you.

2. Permitted License Uses and Restrictions.
A. Google play. If you obtained a license for the 4sf Software from Google play or through an automatic download, then subject to the terms and conditions of this License you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license:

(i) to download, install, use and run for business use working for one of 4sfO's licensors, one (1) copy of the 4sf Software directly on each device that you own or control;

B. System Requirements; User and password. Please note that the 4sf Software is supported on only Android mobile hardware or Chrome, Safari, Mozzilla, Edge, IE and other web browsers. In addition, use of and access to the 4sf Software you need to apply for a unique user name and password combination, known as an 4sf ID.

E. Data. Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you may use the data or pictures or any other files (further "data")included in the 4sf Software to display and print content while running the 4sf Software; however, you may only use data for work and data are treated as confidential information of 4sfO's licensors.

C. Photos. The Photos inside of the 4sf Software ("Photos 4sf") can be taken only when you are logged in. You may not use, extract or distribute, commercially or otherwise, on a standalone basis, any photographs, images, audio, video or similar assets ("Digital Materials") contained within, or provided as a part of, the Photos 4sf, or otherwise use the Digital Materials outside the context of its intended use as part of the Photos 4sf. Printing from 4sf web gallery is allowed only for users work.

D. Other Use Restrictions. The grants set forth in this License do not permit you to, and you agree not to, install, use or run the 4sf Software on more than one mobile and computer, or to enable others to do so. Except as otherwise permitted by the terms of this License or otherwise licensed by 4sfO: (i) only one user may use the 4sf Software at a time, and (ii) you may not make the 4sf Software available over a network where it could be run or used by multiple computers at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the 4sf Software. (iii) you may not distribute your 4sf ID to any other person or company.

E. No Reverse Engineering. You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by this License or by the Usage Rules if they are applicable to you), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the 4sf Software or any services provided by the 4sf Software or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or by licensing terms governing use of Open-Sourced Components that may be included with the 4sf Software).

F. Compliance with Laws. You agree to use the 4sf Software and the Services (as defined in Section 5 below) in compliance with all applicable laws, including local laws of the country or region in which you reside or in which you download or use the 4sf Software and Services. Features of the 4sf Software and the Services may not be available in all languages or regions and some features may vary by region. An Internet connection is required for some features of the 4sf Software and Services.

P. Automatic Updates. The 4sf Software will periodically check with 4sfO for updates to the 4sf Software. If an update is available, the update may automatically download and install onto your mobile device and, if applicable, your peripheral devices. By using the 4sf Software, you agree that 4sfO may download and install automatic updates onto your mobile device and your peripheral devices. You can turn off automatic updates altogether at any time by changing the automatic updates settings found within System Preferences.

3. Transfer.
A. If you obtained the 4sf Software preinstalled on your device, and you do not have your 4sf ID, you need to delete 4sf software from your device. For purposes of this License, if 4sfO provides an update (e.g., version 1.11 to 1.11.1) to the Google play, the update is considered part of the 4sf Software and may not be transferred separately from the pre-update version of the 4sf Software.

B. If you obtained your license to the 4sf Software from the Google play or through an automatic download, it is not transferable. If you sell your mobile device to a third party, you must remove the 4sf Software from your device before doing so.

4. Consent to Use of Data.
When you use the 4sf Software, data as the 4sf ID information you provide, your email address(es), certain unique identifiers for your device, computer and your mobiles telephone number are sent to 4sfO in order to allow others to reach you and as part of report of your work. When you use 4sf Software certain features like, Location Services, may require information from your device to provide their respective functions. When you use 4sf Software feature should turn on. At all times your information will be treated in accordance with 4sfO's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at: http://www.gaseti.si/pravilnik o zasebnosti.

5. Services and Third Party Materials. A. General. The 4sf Software may enable access to sending reports, maps and other third party services and web sites (collectively and individually, "Services"). Use of these Services requires Internet access.

B. In addition, Services and Third Party Materials that may be accessed, linked to or displayed through the 4sf Software are not available in all languages or in all countries. 4sfO makes no representation that such Services and Third Party Materials are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use or access such Services or Third Party Materials, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, including but not limited to applicable local laws and privacy and data collection laws. 4sfO and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Services at any time without notice. In no event will 4sfO be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Services. 4sfO may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain Services, in any case and without notice or liability.

6. Termination.
This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically or otherwise cease to be effective without notice from 4sfO if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon the termination of this License, you shall cease all use of the 4sf Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the 4sf Software. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13 of this License shall survive any such termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties. A. We provide our 4sf Software using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don't promise about our Services. B. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, USE OF THE 4sf SOFTWARE AND ANY SERVICES PERFORMED BY OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE 4sf SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH YOU.

C. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE 4sf SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND 4sfO AND 4sfO'S LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "4sfO" FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTIONS 7 AND 8) HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE 4sf SOFTWARE AND SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND/OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

D. 4sfO DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR ENJOYMENT OF THE 4sf SOFTWARE AND SERVICES, THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN, OR SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED BY, THE 4sf SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE 4sf SOFTWARE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY SERVICES WILL CONTINUE TO BE MADE AVAILABLE, THAT THE 4sf SOFTWARE OR SERVICES WILL BE COMPATIBLE OR WORK WITH ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, APPLICATIONS OR THIRD PARTY SERVICES, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE 4sf SOFTWARE OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. INSTALLATION OF THIS 4sf SOFTWARE MAY AFFECT THE AVAILABILITY AND USABILITY OF THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE, APPLICATIONS OR THIRD PARTY SERVICES.

8. Limitation of Liability. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 4sfO BE LIABLE FOR, , DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, CORRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA, FAILURE TO TRANSMIT OR RECEIVE ANY DATA OR INFORMATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE 4sf SOFTWARE OR SERVICES OR ANY THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE OR APPLICATIONS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 4sf SOFTWARE OR SERVICES, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN 4sfO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Use on different software's of devices
A. You can use 4sf Software on supported Android devices and on websites accessed through Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, Edge, IE and other. 10. 4sfO's Relationship With You
4sfO does not have any control over any data in user's device neither of location of usage of 4sf Software. Location is sent to 4sfO 4sfO's licensors and clients for which you are connected to only when application is running. You should run the 4sf Software only when you need it for work. 10. Privacy A. Location. When using 4sf Software you agree to share your location to 4sfO, 4sfO's licensors and clients for which you are connected to. Your location is used only to see if work was done on location where it should be done. B. Pictures. When using 4sf Software you agree to share your pictures done when using 4sf Software to 4sfO, 4sfO's licensors and clients for which you are connected to. You agree that pictures or other media formats done inside 4sf Software are given to 4sfO, 4sfO's licensors and clients for which you are connected as free of charge and 4sfO, 4sfO's licensors and clients can use it whenever they want for any business reason. C. Personal data. All personal data that user sign into 4sf Software are treated as should be secured and user agree that 4sfO, 4sfO's licensors and clients can use your data for business use only. 11. Personal data

All personal data that user sign into 4sf Software (name, surname, address, phone number, email address) are data which are necessary for business cooperation. Only birthday is not necessary data, which is stored safely just for purpose of congratulation. Personal data are treated as should be secured by GDPR and user agree that 4sfO, 4sfO's licensors and clients can use your data only as data processor for business use only. Data processor is aware of the content and of the required security of personal data. 4sfO is obligated not to transfer personal data to any other third party if it is not contracted licensor. Contracted licensor has to prepare also all the processes and documents to maximize security of personal data inside them and also with relation to their clients.

12. Security

You must understand and acknowledge that providing your device passcode or password to a third party is prohibited and may result in their ability to make some changes which are not correct for you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and the applicable passcodes and passwords. You agree that 4sfO does not have any responsibility if you lose or share access to your device, or if you make unauthorized modifications to 4sf Software.

If you report or 4sfO suspects fraudulent or abusive activity, you agree to cooperate with 4sfO or 4sfO's licensors in any investigation and to use any fraud prevention measures we prescribe.

13. Usage of mobile data

THE MINIMUM REQUIRED AMOUNT OF MOBILE DATA PER MONTH IS 100MB, BUT NOT MORE THAN 500MB. STANDARD DATA FEES MAY APPLY BASED ON YOUR PLAN WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE CARRIER.
